Graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 1976, majoring Organic Synthesis. After that, she has been working in China National Chemical Information Center (CNCIC), undertaking information research & consulting businesses. Her title of technical post is Professor Level Senior Engineer. Enjoyed Government Special Subsidy starting from 2006.
Used to be the Chief Editor of China Chemical News and Fine and Special Chemicals , Director of Consulting Dep. of CNCIC and Vice Director of China National Chemical Industry Energy Saving Center. And now, be Vice General Engineer of CNCIC and technology inspector-general of Consulting Dep. of CNCIC. |

In the past years, she completed, organized, examined and approved more than 1000 consulting projects. Among the clients, 50% are famous foreign enterprises. For example, GE, Du Pont, Dow Chemical, Amoco, Union Carbide, Eastman, Praxair, P&G, Allied Signal of USA; ICI , BASF, Bayer, Thyssen, Lonza, DSM, Akzo Nobel, Celanese, elf atochem, UCB, Degussa, Rhodia of Europe; Sumitomo Chemical, Mitsui Chem., Daikin Industries, Daicel Chemical Industry, Dainippon Ink & Chemicals, NPU¡¢Mitsui & Co., Asahi Kasei Corp., Mitsubishi Chemical, KANEKA of Japan; LG Chemistry, UNDI, CMRI of South Korea.
The main domestic clients are large enterprises such as PetroChina, Sinopec, Sinochem, China National Offshore Oil Corp., Chemchina and so on, and central and local government such as the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, the Ministry of Commerce of China, National Development and Reform Commission etc..
